When Adrien Agreste is scheduled to go to a Military School in Germany, Chat Noir must make a critical decision. Does he give up his Miraculous? Or does he give up Adrien?

I’ll save you the trouble of guessing, he gives up Adrien.

I’ve written court scenes before, but always in America. France has slightly different protocol when it comes to the Justice system. But, I’m not an expert. One noticeable change is that they don’t have a Jury in cases of terrorism, the other is that they have 9 judges (which is kind of like a jury) with one presiding judge called a president, who does most of the questioning. I’m sure there’s plenty more differences, but this is what I’m going with because I couldn’t find many english articles to help. So lawyers out there, sorry!

It is generally known to wear a suit to court. Adrien was, in fact, suited up, though Skintight leather was a bit different from what everyone else was wearing. And they weren’t even in the courtroom yet.

Chat Noir and Ladybug sat together on a bench, outside the courtroom, in a secluded hallway. Vaulted ceilings and polish marble added to the depressing aura of the hall. Dr. Florin Rayne stood nearby, glancing over his notes. He was the lawyer that Mayor Bourgeois had appointed to run this trial. He seemed like a nice man, a little cold, but he was sharp as a tack and the best in the business.

Okay but Shallura AU where Shiro dies in the fight with Zarkon and Allura becomes the black paladin, but he still exists on the astral plane

she specifically will go to Black just to see him, hold him. she can’t feel his warmth, but she can still feel his body, kiss him, hug him

the Shiro in the astral plane is self-aware. he’s not the real Shiro but his personality matches up with the real one’s exactly. he knows what Allura is doing isn’t healthy, but the relief and love on her face is too much for him, so he doesn’t say anything.

it gets to the point where she’s going just about every single day. the team is worried about her, Coran is worried about her, Black is worried about her.

she meets the astral Shiro and he lets her hug him and hold him, but whispers “Shiro loved you. He loved you with everything he had, but if he saw you like this he would never forgive himself.

“Goodbye, Allura.”

His body slowly becomes dust, fading out starting at his robotic arm. the last thing she sees is his eyes, the soft, kind eyes, that no matter what were always there for her. the ones she memorized through and through. was excited to wake up and see. hoped beyond all hope to see again after every battle.

she collapses after he’s gone, dust floating far, far away, but she doesn’t have it within her to cry or scream. she just feels empty. he’s officially gone, and there’s nothing she could have done.

she hates herself for it.
