I headcanon “playing super penguino” ends up just becoming a euphemism for making out in the closet, but Marinette and Adrien don’t know that. They just legit play the game together.
And when anyone asks Adrien if he’s been ‘playing penguino’ with Marinette, he beams and proudly exclaims that he has! And that Marinette’s really good at it! She’s so expert at it that he can hardly keep up! (And they just go with it because yeah, makes sense that house-arrest Agreste would be such a virgin)
The others are just extremely amused (and slightly disgusted) at how earnestly and openly Adrien seems to like discussing his physical relationship with Marinette, save for Nino who’s too busy laughing his ass off to correct him.
(They finally realise what’s up after a very confusing retelling of how he went over to Mari’s house to play penguino but they got distracted because her parents kept coming in to feed him halfway through)
