Adrien: It was allocated seating, he was meant to be next to me but Marinette was. As I voice acted I can just call him now if  you have doubts

Miraculous Headcannons I Wrote at 3 AM

• Everyone in Paris doesn’t share one braincell, which means it’s a lot harder for Marinette or Adrien to transform. So they can’t just jump behind a bench or something
• Marinette’s fingers are covered in bandages from constantly pricking her fingers while sewing
• Adrien has dimples on his cheeks and they’re adorable
• Marinette and Adrien sit next to each other because she actually pays attention when the teacher calls her name
• Marinette bringing Adrien croissants because she knows he loves them
• Adrien staring at Marinette and trying to count her freckles
• Marinette doesn’t have pictures of Adrien on her walls or as her computer background (because I don’t care if he’s a model that’s just weird)
• Marinette wearing her hair differently when she’s detransformed because the pigtails are a dead giveaway
• After long nights of patrolling, Marinette and Adrien fall asleep against each other at school.
• Marinette smells like vanilla and chocolate from all the baking.
• Adrien loves sunflowers and has vases filled with them in his room, sunflower pins on his bag, and doodles them on his papers.
• Marinette literally cannot dance, she’ll end up falling and possibly breaking something

Girl A: Lila?! It’s been too long! I would ask why you never called but guessing travelling on Jagged’s private jet makes time fly

Marinette changes ‘Lila’ to ‘Liar’ in everyone’s phone one day. Once people notice and change it back, she organises the autocorrect to change ‘Lila’ to ‘Lying Indecent Legit Antichrist.’ She quickly changes realising that may border on bullying….the autocorrect now changes ‘Lila’ to ‘Lie-la’

Before the Season 2 finale, I would’ve said that Lila and Marinette could’ve been friends with Marinette encouraging Lila to be a more authentic version of herself and not leaving Lila alone when everyone turns on her when they find out about her lies.

But Heroes Day proved a few things: 1) The class still doesn’t know how much of a liar Lila is? 2) Lila still doesn’t think she did anything wrong and is putting all the blame on Ladybug and 3) Lila’s still romantically interested in Adrien or at least his A List Celebrity Title that elevates her own status.

Marinette hates liars. The End. If Lila didn’t come away from Volpina learning anything about not lying about every aspect of her life, then she and Marinette are not going to get along at all. Plus, Scarlet Lady would publicly shame Lila into running away even more intensely than in canon, so Lila’s probably not around very much for Marinette to get to know.

I don’t think Marinette would be trying to out Lila still (cuz Scarlet Lady throwing you in the Seine in full view of everyone was pretty bad, like, ouch). In fact she’d probably react like canon Adrien did: shaking her head in exasperation because Jesus woman you’ve learned nothing. In fact, Chloe would probably be trying to out Lila waaaay more emphatically than Marinette did, but this would only make the class be on Lila’s side more because “C’mON Chloe, you have to bully the new girl over skype, it’s THAT important to be the center of attention?”

Now I’m not sure what Lila’s opinion of Marinette even IS. She just seems bemused by her, but she was also really annoyed that her classmates? Had a picnic?? Is she just mad Hawkmoth lost??? But considering how pissy her face got just from Adrien sighing over Ladybug in Volpina, Adrien getting sappy over Marinette would definitely put Marinette on Lila’s “Gotta Get Her Out of the Way” raydar. 

Lila’s hate would be focused on Scarlet Lady but would also be side eyeing Marinette, who I do want to feature in Volpina, with or without a Miraculous.
