florona was rescued after the episode we just didn’t see it. plaxum and the other mermaids found her and she has nightmares about her time within the baku garden, but over time in between plaxum becoming the queen’s new advisor, she and plaxum fall in love and plaxum holds her and kisses her after she wakes up from a particularly bad nightmare and whispers, “it’s okay, you’re here. i won’t let anything get to you. not again.”
