Full offense, but Sokka and Yue had a more thoughtfully written relationship and powerful story told in 3 episodes than Lance and Allura did over the course of 8 freaking seasons.  Not to mention that, Yue’s sacrifice made actual narrative and poetic sense, coming full circle when she resurrected the Moon Spirit by giving back the life that it had given her at birth to save her life.  That’s Good Writing™
