Imagine: the one time during training when Keith and Lance are arguing over who's stronger, and it turns into who can lift the other one up, except they both try it at the same time and end up a tangled mess on the floor. Meanwhile, Shiro, who Just Left Them Alone For A Minute™️ comes back in and immediately walks back out. (part of Lance's armor is caught on Keith's hair. they spend 10 minutes just focused on that.)
