Preview of a certain fic: Lance thought that the soggy woman at the doorstep of his castle was a ghost. It made sense to him since she was deathly pale, and her complexion was so gaunt that he swore he could count every last bone. He also just got this really creepy feeling from her. On the one hand, a ghost would probably haunt the castle if he turned her away. On the other hand, he was terrified of ghosts. So Crowned Prince Lance sent her away. Apparently, Haggar was a witch, not a ghost.
