Please help me! Who is Prince Ali in the ML fandom? I just don't know! :(

Prince Ali is from ML but the episode with him hasn’t aired yet. The most we know about him is that he is likely an Arabian prince and that he looks like this (which was a sneak preview image Thomas Astruc posted on his twitter a few months back).
