you guys ever think about how smart the paladins are?? like obviously hunk and pidge are next level geniuses but lance keith and shiro are up there too

like the garrison was a military space program. space!!!! space science is all math and science and numbers and calculations and abstract physics theories

keith was top of his class, like he was the best pilot sure, but to be top of your class you have to be well rounded and good at everything meaning dude is probably a quasi-genius too, and when keith was expelled lance was the one to take his spot meaning ??? he’s SMART as FUCK too

and shiro was an INSTRUCTOR man like if studying at the garrison alone entails being smart shiro???? is probably???????? like ridiculously intelligent also? like hholy sh

basically long story short i never see anyone talk about how smart the paladins actually are and i think we should recognize it way more thanks
