I could waffle on about this place
fucking with my anxiety/etc, but I’m not going to because if you help
me I want it to be because you want to do it, not because I wrote a good
sob story. The area I’m living in has devolved from a minor hellhole
into a major hellhole in the last couple of years, I’m not going to lie
about that, but that’s only part of the reason I need out.
SO, why a grand?
First
and foremost, bond money. A good half of it’s going to go straight to
it right off the bat (about 650) since I’m paying half. Secondly, moving
truck. I’m coming with the furniture and as a result I need to foot a
good 200 or so for a moving truck. Third and finally, a cleaner. It’s
not a huge secret that I’ve got an old man’s back so I’ll need to use
the rest to hire a cleaner to make my old apartment pass the real
estate’s requirements to get the old bond back.
When it comes to
boxes, packing tape (etc), I’ve already got everything I need so now
it’s just getting the funds for the actual move that I need to worry about.
