At the start of the week my body refused to fall asleep in time, so I stayed awake for 23-24 hours and then fell asleep for 5 hours and then got up and felt very good. Yes, this is not healthy. Don’t do that.
Today I had to pay for body’s whims with sleeping A LOT. I went to take a nap. then I slept, then I got up for some time and went back to have some more sleep.
I feel okay now and I really hope that I won’t fall asleep again soon xDD
