I know it is a bit overrated but, the premise would still be awesome.
Of course the premise would be the same, but imagine the characters dealing with, you die in the game, you die in real life?

Adrien and Marinette would secretly go into the front lines to fight bosses, but hide it from their friends so that no one would worry about them.
Adrien took the guise of Chat noir. Known throughout the land as “The cat of destruction.” Since any foe he faces, always loses their weapon.
Marinette took the guise of Ladybug. Known throughout the land as “The lady of luck.” Since every boss fight she has been in, the boss is always beaten.
