I need a comic where Deadpool kidnaps Peter Parker as a baby and raises him as his own.

It’s called Dadpool. Wade carries Peter around in a baby backpack on missions, and conveniently Peter is bitten by a radioactive spider. Wade teaches Peter important things like how to shoot, how to fight, and the importance of tacos and chimichangas.
