ok so this is something everyone on tumblr should know
imagine dragons was hired to write demo tracks for spiderman turn off the dark (aka the spiderman musical on broadway) in order to get people to invest in it and have enough money to hire someone more famous to write the musical
then the people who hired them thought, “hey, these are actually good songs we should make a cd of them and sell it”
so imagine dragons changed the words a little so they weren’t about spiderman and became famous
radioactive was originally about THE RADIOACTIVE SPIDER THAT BIT SPIDERMAN

I wish my art style was so much easier to draw like
I’ve been drawing “seriously” for 3 years is it still supposed to be this difficult?
Don’t worry… Everyone has his own learning time! I’ve been drawing seriously since I had memory. From the time I learned drawing in kindergarten I though drawing would have been my work.
I ever though “Nah, cartoons are too hard for me, not at my Level at all and in Italy nobody make cartoons… Just make Comics, it’s more for me” then I finished highschool and I realized that FUCK no, I want to make comics AND cartoons!
So I came here in Florence to study animation in a private academy and now everything I though it was impossible to do when I was a child is no more a mistery.
It took for me like 20 years of study to be able to do something I like, so don’t worry!
You are cool and it took to you just 3 years!

For reals though, I’ve always drawn since I was a kid but I only really started taking it seriously when I discovered animation as a career option (s/o to a fellow animation student heyooooooo <3)
I think my main worry is my style being boring or generic, but that’s probably something most artists go through.

Yeah, it’s a common thinking! Just remember to get intrested by many different things, you’ll see how your style will improve unconsciously!
