just imagine:
dance au, ladybug casually mentions to chat that she can’t practice in peace anywhere. so chat gives her a key to a smaller ballet room in the studio (he has a good friend at the company) and tells her to use it (at night only cuz then nobody can interrupt her). so they talk up secret night practices. but some nights, when they don’t train together, she goes there as marinette to practice her ballet cuz it’s really important for her (and to look good in front of adrien). one time adrien messes up the date, and accidentally goes there as chat and is waiting for ladybug, but marinette comes (saying a friend of hers got it for her). chat is about to leave and mari begins to dance, but stops because she cannot do a lifting alone and chat offers his help (saying he used to dance ballet as a kitten)
and he’s surprised how flawlessly she can move, when she’s dancing with him as chat, not adrien and and. AND THIS WOULD BASICALLY BE THE MARICHAT OF THE AU AND MY HEART IS DYING
