ahh because marinette and adrien are from different sides of the world, their bodies adhere to different gravity. so even when marinette finds herself lost in adrien’s world, up is down to her, meaning that her hair wouldn’t fall.
the reasons adrien’s hair is like that is bc his hair is tilted back and his own gravity pulls it down haha
