Notes: Ok, so full disclosure, I had definitely planned out the details of Mathis’ Akumatization like 3 weeks before we ever got wind of the actual ML canon ‘Marionettist’ episode. No joke, this was like early January when I mapped out this story’s climax. So even though there are conceptual similarities, I really, really loved the outline for this chapter too much, and decided to not change a thing. Don’t worry, though, the differences are VERY apparent!

The Signs as Writers

♈️ Aries: They’ve been writing since they were really young. They are always working on a project, or attempting some crazy challenge. They don’t shy away from trying out new genres or writing styles. Once they want to do something, there’s no way to stop them.

♑️ Capricorn: They don’t write one-shots. Everything (and yes they do mean *everything*) they write is part of a series or their overarching mega-macro-universe. Expect to see cameos, familiar faces, and recurring themes across all their books!
♒️ Aquarius: With them, no idea is too strange or far-fetched. They can take anything and spin it into a story. Mixing genres, and making new ones along the way, is all par for the course. Best of all— is that their crazy story ideas always work.
♓️ Pisces: Everything they write is magical. They can make the most mundane story feel bigger-than-life and, when it comes to creating breath-taking worlds & settings, there’s simply no better. Be careful, though, because if given the chance they *will* make you believe that magic is real.

Dearest Miraculers! There has been a content theft, both dub and art theft! I’ve stumbled upon a youtube page, where user Mary TV (link to the channel) stole multiple comics and translated them into Polish without giving credit, and I assume they also did not ask permission. This is a post listing all of the authors she stole from.

I’ve informed Mary TV that this is content theft, and that she should ask permission. This is our exchange:

Mary TV: Okay, I’ll take [your comment] into account.

Me: *explains that “taking it into account” isn’t enough. That artists lose drive because of theft. It’s okay if she likes translating, but her top priority should be asking for permission.*

(Bonus: I was treated like a butthurt child by her fans.

It seems like Mary has NO INTENTION of asking for permission.

Artists, you can message her in English, or you could get a translation of your message to Polish from me if she doesn’t seem to understand. I’ve given her a chance before I made this post, and she seemed to just shrug to what i said. I won’t let theft pass.
