Recently I realized how rad the art for the Sonic Adventure games are
Some really fantastic dynamic poses. The amount shit the modern sonic designs get is bullshit.
My fav thing about Uekawa art is that he uses the classic “rubberhose limbs” which is something I wish more artist would use
His artwork for the Sonic Riders game is fantastic too. I love the shading and redesigns of characters despite the poses being less the dynamic than his Adventure artwork
