“Chat Noir, please come back!” Ladybug shouted clenching her fists in regret.

“I love you, you know..” these words echoing in her head, but she refused instinctively. Chat had left without a word, his face darkened.

The heroes of Paris – shattered. All by three simple, but yet so impactful words.

She stood still, but trembled. She transformed back to her normal self, needing Tikki’s support.

Walking home the sky started crackling and she felt drops hit her freckled nose. She looked for a place to cover for the summer rain – spotting an alley.

Watching the rain and listening to the harsh music of the black clouds, she heard sobbing.

Looking around the corner, a person was crouching, darkened by the shadow of the buildings, drenched and shivering.

Marinette took off her jacket creating a cover for the shadowed figure – he looked up.

Adrien, with a feverish red, tear-filled expression, fell back pushing his back against the wall. His breathing stuttering, turning heavy and intense, looking away from Marinette.

Marinette’s eyes widened, her cheeks blushing, her emotions tangled. Fiddling, wondering, flustering. She crouched down on her knees, leaning towards the broken boy. With at swift movement, she swung the jacket over his head while hugging him gently.

Adrien’s eyes widened, his lips trembling - “M-Mari-” his voice low and hoarse, sudden tears streaming down his face, bleeding in with the rain drops. He wrapped his arms around Marinette as he felt her shoulders twitch in sorrow.

“I love you, you know..” expecting rejection.

The sky lightened up, letting the evening sun peek through the grey clouds. Everywhere dripping sounds were singing silently.

Adrien let his arms fall onto the wet grass letting out a sigh. He took off the jacket looking up, letting the red sun blend with his golden hair – revealing a trembling smile of relief.

Marinette stopped sobbing to look up at him. But Adrien swiftly cradled her head against his chest, letting her listen to his heart galloping.

“I do”.

Why Movies About College are Actually Full of Shit.

This is very important because my brother and I grew up thinking college was like this. Like we would live out a beer commercial.

And when I got to college and it DIDN’T happen, it stressed me out. I thought I was doing something wrong again. I had, apparently, messed up high school according to the media, and now college?! The supposed best time of my life?! It created a big depression, and living far from home made it worse as I had no friends or family I could immediately talk to. It took a long time for me to understand that movies and commercials and shows that portray college like that is complete and utter bullshit.
