I have this headcanon for the legacy/“young” skins that it’s a temporary thing Tracer can do. Temporary because if it’s left for too long then the person she does it for will go all out of phase like she did (so, like, for a day maybe? still working out the details, but 18-24 hours seems alright).

It’s a soft science nightmare, but fuck it, this is a Blizzard game. You don’t come to Blizzard games for the science.
