i wish a lot of adventure/superhero shows, especially cartoons would show the implications of battles? i’m talking about wounds and bruises mainly. these kids get smacked across rooms or fall down from incredible heights and you still can’t see any blue or green spots on them ever. especially if we’re talking about secret identity stories, it would be really interesting to see how the heroes try to hide their black eyes, cuts and bruises, or just sometimes they would be something you see for a second when they’re wearing short sleeves or underwear to remind you how dangerous what they do actually is.
