For a few weeks whenever people invite Marinette anywhere she says she already has plans or leaves early. Marinette: Oh, it’s bandaged it from all the times you stabbed me in the back

Alya: If I were to guess that you avoided us for weeks to do a 15 hour, level 3 first aid course-
Marinette: Senior first aid, yes, with some volunteer work to develop skills

Alya: Seriously? You could have done the same petty punchline with just normal bandages not applied medically correct. We would not have known.
Marinette: But then I’d be a liar like Lila, if I’m doing this it’s not going to be some half baked thing that falls apart in two seconds when I change it to you stabbed me in the front, and there’s just so many good punchline nows. Like administering epipens because I’m allergic to her bullshit

Marinette has the biggest shit eating grin on her face before announcing they should probably actually get in the water and she takes of her bandages. Lila is seething but admits Marinette was dedicated. Adrien is still struggling with words after seeing Marinette in a swim suit and although he wants to tell her about how amazing the highroad is, he also admits he and Plagg were laughing about the incident for days. Alya is a mix of angry and impressed. Nino really likes the water proof headphones Marinette got him and thinks he’s found a new favourite band - he didn’t think much about what Marinette did

Alya: So, was it worth it?
Marinette: It was actually interesting and I’m now volunteering at events. Super cool and they invited me to help at this fashion event which should be fun as I’d get a few hours break to walk around. Helping people daily not just with cool bracelets or as class rep, but stopping bleeding and all that. If you’re interested they are always looking for helpers

Alya: Yeah. Wait…did you learn this just for the CPR so if Adrien drowns today you can save him?
Marinette: No I’d never wish harm on him….honestly no….ok…maybe. But apparently mouth-to-mouth they are discouraging now or reducing because it’s more important to get the heart to pump so lungs can work and if you take a break from the heart to breathe then it may reduce the effectiveness. There’s also issues with hygiene.
Alya: What am I going to do with you?
