Hopefully the fact that this didn’t end in a full reveal or them dating doesn’t feel like a let down.

I made the conscious choice to leave it at half reveal because I think we’ve got a lot of stories where there’s a reveal and then happily ever after or continuing fluff/angst until Papillon is defeated.

I would probably never finish the comic if I attempted to cover much as a multi chapter fanfic.

My hope was that this would feel like an episode, where something happens, then gets resolved, but the story can continue beyond that.

And despite Marinette having to keep a secret from him, the half reveal is still a development for their relationship. They are better friends, and their personalities are starting to reflect a blend of their identities.

Their physical closeness is meant to be similar to what they had with their respective besties at the start.

For the rest of the month, the full focus is on completing Patron rewards, Light Zine,  and commissions.  Once December rolls around I’ll be posting development work for MAHR Act 3.
