Chat had heard the phrase ‘if looks could kill’ a thousand times before, but he was starting to doubt that they couldn’t.
The smirk that was forming at the corner of her lips could have taken him out at the knees. The glint of interest in her eye could have gutted him. The sway in her hips as she abandoned the cityscape to get closer to him could have fed him his still-beating heart and he would’ve thanked her for the meal, because Ladybug was looking at him, looking at him and seeing him and considering him, and he was just gone.
