I was inspired to make this doll after I say @zoe-oneesama ’s drawing of @nobodyfamousposts AMAZING chaton noir series. The angst makes me cry but it’s so well written ahhhh.

Proof it’s at least made by Marinette:

The flowers are exactly the same as in all Marinette’s designs. The butterfly is done in the same style, so I infer its Marinette’s (and hope it’s just that she likes butterflies, not Gabriel’s doing in the dress or the line)

PART 2 - who’s in the dress?

Another thing that Marinette might be wearing this dress is because if you look at Marinette’s skin tone to the lady/girl in the dress, they seem to have practically matching skin tones

I understand that people might have similar skin tones to Marinette but let me dream

Marinette and the lady/girl also have similar body types, this leds me to believe that the lady/girl in the dress is a grown up version of marinette (early 20’s) or marinette in her late teens after she’s finished going through puberty but it could be marinette at the same age as she is now, we can’t exactly tell as we haven’t seen a verified older version of Marinette.

Now I have two main theory’s on this;

1. Marinette has design the dress for herself for either a school or social event

Or

2. Marinette has designed this dress for someone else, so someone else is modelling in the dress, i.e she got a apprenticeship in designing

I believe it’s the first theory as the dress is pink and has Marinette’s signature design on it, and the body shape and skin tone are really similar.

NOTE: I’m all for equality for genders, sexuality, and races and body positivity, I hope I don’t upset anyone with anything I said I’m only giving an opinion, none of what I’ve said has been proven true yet. Again my apologies if someone finds this and is some how offended by it.

PART 1 - who’s in the dress

So if you haven’t seen them yet Jeremy Zag teased a lady/girl in what looks like a fancy gown (wedding gown? Maybe?)

A lot of people are speculating that this is Marinette (which is believable) here’s why I think it’s believable

First off look at the flower design on the dress… look familiar

That’s cause it is, we see this pattern (or variations of it) on a lot of Marinette’s clothing and bags

It seems that on the dress (that I like to think marinette’s designed) it has mixed the two different yet similar flowers together but seems to favour the design on her bags more then the one on her clothing.

the real reason why we will probably never get a real confession out of Marinette is bc the show loves to make Ladybug reject Chat multiple times but theyre too cowardly to write a scene where Adrien rejects Marinette
