i think that over the years they got way closer (keith is wearing lance’s shirt how close are they?) and had sleepovers well into high school
also i think keith would sometimes switch to korean when he’s tired or grumpy :D

//more childhood au! in which our boys are around twelve playing video games, and keith is well into his feelings for lance and messes with him a lot :D (also, keith’s hair is just beginning to floof)
i’m probably making more for this scenario later because i really like the idea of lance goin around tellin random people that he loves them without realizing it

hello i’d like to show off one or two of my beautiful sons :)
in which keith does something cool and lance has trouble coping (cause one thing i loved about voltron was kLANCE)
also i can’t get out of my head the idea that after the BoM arc, keith starts trying to train with as many enemies simultaneously as possible #thatsmyboy
(btw heavily inspired by this dialogue between my two favs that had me chuckling cause it was so real)

i had a lot of fun with this, and it kinda tackles, like, several childhood au head cannons at once
- keith starts off looking more like his dad, but as he grows up, more of his mother’s traits show (hair becomes more purple and floofy)
- keith had to drop the bowl cut eventually cause his hair got too wild, now he does what he can to keep it at least a little tame (Lance: “He has legendary bedhead.”)
- meanwhile, lance got his appearance under control (read: got super attractive)
- keith was a soccer kid (but later got into knives?)
- lance can eat whatever he wants and not gain any weight (keith is jealous)
- they officially get together when they’re 17

Papa Kogane: Did you say anything weird to Lance?
Keith: …No. Why?
Papa Kogane: He said something that sounded a lot like a line from that movie we watched–
Keith (laughing): Dad… Just let me have this.
//in which lance throws some interesting words over his shoulder on his way out. keith’s dad is perplexed. (Does…he know what he said?)
yay finished it! thx a bunch @tafih-toffee for letting me know that the korean i found was a bit too formal for a kid to say for which i am ever grateful cause i probs would have never considered that omg so let’s just say that keith heard it in a movie instead :D
i really liked how papa kogane turned out. he doesn’t look exactly like how he looked in the show, but i think it works :)
