I know tons of people probably asked this, but what was your favorite role?

Wow. I love each for very different reasons. I loved playing Pizza on The Muppets because I was able to work with some of the most badass people I’ve ever met-Kermit The Frog and Fozzie Bear! The puppeteers were such a close-knit family it reminded me of my theater family in high school. Pitch Perfect was obviously amazing-working with comedic powerhouses and I got to sing and rap which most of you guys know are passions of mine. And Rishi Lahiri is a blast to play because I get to be on set with Mindy Kaling and learn from her every second I’m around her. She gives me the freedom to be myself and having the creative trust of someone I look up to has done so much for my confidence. Waitaminute-what about Raja in Barbershop:The Next Cut?! I got to work with Common, Cedric The Entertainer, JB Smoove, Anthony Anderson, Regina Hall, Eve, Lamorne Morris, Margot Bingham AND Nicki Minaj. Ice Cube played me unreleased cuts off his next album in between set-ups. Just me and Cube!? That was a dream come true.

“ART SKILL” Is subjective, someone might have a worse grasp on anatomy & technique but great ideas or grasp of color/design, or vise versa. someone might be INCREDIBLE at drawing detailed anatomy but be completely shit at composition and color theory.

The only thing that makes someone a “bad artist” is if they have a shit attitude.

people are reblogging this post & it makes me glad to see people being aware of their strengths/weaknesses in art cus being aware at both what you are good at and what you are bad at is how you improve as an artist

I did meet a fake geek girl once.

We were at school and she started to casually drop in that she liked comics/games/”geek stuff”, at the time I was wearing an iroman shirt. Deeper into the conversation i found that she didn’t know what I meant when I was referring to anything about the characters. When I questioned her about it a few days later she admitted that she had really just said it to get to know me better.

We ended up dating and while we were dating she got really into comics, DC especially, and found out that she really did enjoy the things she first said she did. I took her to her first convention. She met another guy there and ended up breaking up with me for him.

I went on to discover I was gay and fucked her brother.

Moral of the story. Comics lead to sex in the most unexpected ways.

Instead of sticking to a glucose-based system, which is dependent on oxygen, when a naked mole rat is deprived of oxygen, it switches its metabolism so that its brain cells start burning fructose for energy instead of glucose.

Fructose can be turned into energy anaerobically - which means it doesn’t require the presence of oxygen to be broken down into cellular energy.

Until now, this anaerobic pathway was thought only to be used by plants.
