i’m not totally sure if this is what you were referring to but!! yeah tim did say something along those lines on the “let’s voltron!” podcast a while ago, the full quote is here. i mean he didn’t use the phrase “heart of voltron” but he does say that the quintessence of the blue lion is holding the team together and being supportive :’’’))

Once the time that Pinocchio considers as “now” passes, his nose will grow.
Therefore his nose can grow but not when he specified so he can lie.
