you don’t need to share your business with the world 24/7. no one needs to know about every fling you have, every mental breakdown you have, or even what you had for lunch. its good to be open, but respecting your own privacy is so important. before you share something publicly, consider, “do i really want everyone to know about this? does anyone need to know about this? is this even their business?”. setting healthy boundaries for yourself and others is so important for self care.

Yep, I love combining amazing shows :D How could I miss such opportunity after watching Carmen Sandiego??

About this AU:

• Found as a little child, Mari (as everyone called her) was taught in a secret school for theifs (V.I.L.E.), later discovering it’s true evil aims. It’s led by few highly ranked people (Nathalie Sancoeur, Audrey Bourgeois, Mater Fu and Mr. Damocles).

Of course, they need money to operate their plans, but they are also playing a much bigger game - always in search of powerful MIRACULOUSES.

On her way escaping, Mari managed to steal the very first-found miraculous, which was just transported to VILE. By opening the little box with earrings, she released Tikki, and was granted with Ladybug powers. After escaping the island of her school, she became the new Ladybug.

Despite VILE’s desire to collect ALL miraculouses, their main priorities are the Ladybug and long lost Chat Noir miraculous. 


• She was not alone on her journey. The very skilled hacker, who named himself Player (in this AU it’s Max), was her friend, communicating with her with a phone she stealed a few months before her exams in VILE. After her escape and becoming a new Ladybug holder, he provided her with useful tech and information, for her to steal from VILE everything THEY stole/ are stealing, They are also in search of different documents/ artifacts/ clues about other miraculouses whereabouts (to secure them before VILE founds them first)

• Adrien Agreste: is a junior inspector, assigned to help inspector Roger Raincomprix to catch the international thief - Ladybug. Adrien is assured she is a criminal, and after their first encounter, wants to personaly put her in jail and prove himself on his new occupation. She often teases him, and his attempts to catch her always fail. 

• Chloe Bourgeois: is an additional junior inspector in the Ladybug case. She was raised by her father (who happened to be a mayor) and despite her sometimes abrupt attitude, she is very supportive to Adrien - her childhood friend, with whom she is best friends even now. Her father wanted her to choose a mature career, and decided to give her the same path as Adrien - in hopes he’ll also help her to adjust. At first she was against it, but with time her new job started to grow on her.

• Luka Couffaine: was Mari’s best friend in VILE, goes now by a nickname Waver (his tech device allows him to shoot sound waves on a frequency hurtful for humans, when he is always wearing specially designed earplugs to avoid their influence. While his victims are struggling with it’s effect, he attacks them while they’re disoriented). Is a very skillful fighter. Became an orphan at a very little age, left without any family.
