Lance is an Altean prince and he’s not the blue paladin (he’s Allura’s brother or something) After Haggar calls for Prince Lotor the other paladins are on high alert for Altea’s royal family. So they stay on Altea to protect Lance, Allura and the rest of the royal family. Keith and Lance start to hang out and become friends. But he had decided to keep the fact that he was Galra secret so he could stay but Zarkon captures the Blade Of Marmora hq and is able to control anyone who has obtained a blade. Keith, being one who owns a blade, falls victim to Zarkon’s power and starts to attack the royal family. Lance and Allura are the only two left. Sadly Zarkon isn’t okay with any survivors. So he forces Keith to attack Allura and kill her. The other paladins try to save Lance and as many Alteans as they can but before they could escape the planet Keith sneaks on the spaceship and captures Lance and attacks him. After Keith had attacked Lance he realizes what he had done, he has killed the person he was starting to fall for. Lance was on the verge of death with a blade is his chest, Keith’s blade.
