This is something I’ve tried to explain with artwork and publishing online. I do not want to become content or happy with where I’m at with my art. I do not want to feel like this is the best I can do and just stop trying to get better. Publishing online can get you easily trapped in what you are comfortable with, because there’s always people out there who will love your work but that’s not the ultimate point. It’s to get better, and keep getting better, until you are truly accepting yourself and confident in your ability.
Not this…contentment with “I can’t get better so why try?”

code lyoko ulrich stern odd della robbia jeremie belpois aelita schaeffer cl carliedraws also starring: ulrich's Third Ear and sisi's Skin Grafts the best thing about the app is that it really curbs my drawing ability because the tablet doesnt really work with the browser app so im forced to either deal with that or use my track pad and neither option lets you really do straight lines (plus the eraser sucks) i meant *small lines but yeah basically no fine motor skills allowed whereas the example image has much better resolution and details and makes a photorealistic person LOL a whole pantry of friends
