I was thinking Hunk is also a selkie bc I just want his & Lance’s families to be super close, Pidge is human but Matt is a changeling (and then he gets taken back to wherever and there’s ~plot stuff that can happen~), idk about Shiro tbh I was thinking he was also human? and lost his arm in a kelpie incident or somethin…he and Keith are friends/brothers but I didn’t think about how they met…and I haven’t decided on anything for Allura and Coran yet but I want them to be super powerful and ethereal haha
