do you have any advice on how to deal with stomach aches? my stomach feels like it wants to kill me

:( you poor thing. fortunately I’ve literally had a stomachache since the day I was born so I’m well versed in how to deal with them

sip cold water! hot things will probably make it worse, cold things are the way to go
gently rub your tummy in circular motions
the best position I find is at like a 45 degree angle, like don’t sit up all the way and don’t lie down flat either, recline a bit and that’s usually the position that helps the most
if you’re nauseous as well as tummyachey I have a list of things to try here
if you know what’s causing it it will help bc then you can tackle it easier. haven’t eaten for a while? try nibbling on some grapes or crackers or have a meal replacement drink. was eating what put you in this mess in the first place? have an antacid tablet or two, try going to the bathroom, ginger helps if you got it. if it’s anxiety tummyaches then try using your tried and true anxiety techniques to see if that helps at all
distracting yourself with some nice fun activities like youtube videos you like or maybe playing a calm video game
