grab urself a copy of the book of vile darkness
get in on that prestige class Cancer Mage. first level ability: you can now ignore all negative effects of any disease.
flip over to the diseases section and get your wizard infected with Festering Anger. bad things about this: you will be constantly angry and covered in boils, some stuff with Will saves. good news! none of that applies to you
advantages: you will now gain cumulative +2 strength every single day
your wizard now has Infinite Strength
part 2: head over to bastards and bloodlines
feat: Lost Tradition. you can now base your spellcasting ability on any ability score you choose
pick strength
you are now Muscle Wizard
