HOW DID THEY DO THIS?!??

8bitnaga

It’s too flawless and well planned to be real footage but then again too grainy to be something straight out of a 3D render and I’m Absolutely Pissed™

What

What if

What if like they just did them over and over until they got it right?

Of course that would’ve taken forever but some people have motivation or so I’ve heard

You keep what you kill Pt.2

I know these comics are super random, but… ever since drawing dark!verse and riddick!au’s ugly love child here I couldn’t stop thinking about this AU.

So, here are some of my HCs (I know some of you already had some ideas of their own, but I just wanted to throw in some more angsty shit into the pot :D)

  • After killing Lotor Keith became the new Emperor (following the “you keep what you kill”-rule Galran society is built on in this AU). The original plan was to dissolve the Empire
  • however that plan failed when Keith realized that there was something wrong with Shiro. (At this point it’s still unclear whether Shiro’s a clone, a sleeper agent or finally broke under the stress and pressure of infiltrating the Empire and fighting their last battle against Lotor… you decide :))
  • Shiro fell back into the mindset of the Champion, who is loyal to the Galra Empire and its Emperor, keeping Keith from announcing the end of the tyranny.
  • In order to buy some time and maybe find a way to get his Shiro back, Keith takes his place as the Emperor for now. That makes him and Shiro the enemies of the Altean Coalition as well as team Voltron, their friends and only family. (oh I’m so gonna draw a heartwrenching comic about this… You’re so gonna hate me guys.)

… Now suffer with me.

what the fuck goodbye sheith voltron qs and shiz

If giraffes were predators they would look both hilarious and terrifying while sneaking up on their prey

i-draws-dinosaurs

I’m afraid you’ve missed the predatory giraffes by about 66 million years mate.

These guys are Azhdarchid pterosaurs, and they were some of the strangest reptiles to ever exist. They were perfectly capable of flight, but their physiology suggests that they may have spent a significant portion of their lives hunting on the ground.

The largest of them could reach over 5 metres tall while standing, and had a 10-metre wingspan. They varied greatly in body type, from the tall, spindly forms of Quetzalcoatlus and Arambourgiania (images 4 and 1-2 respectively) to the heavy brute strength of Hatzegopteryz, a species that may have used its head to bludgeon its prey (images 2 and 3).

There has never been another flying animal before or since to have reached such incredible sizes, nor any predator so intimidatingly tall. Well, not any that we know of yet.

All of these illustrations are by Mark Witton, a palaeontologist and artist who specialises in pterosaurs. This is his blog about palaeontology and the science of reconstructing extinct species. You can find out more about each of these images here, here and here.

(Oh, and by the way … these are NOT dinosaurs)
