Hate bad cops not all cops.
Hate bad men not all men.
Hate racists not a specific race.
Hate transphobic people not cis people.
Hate homophobic people not straight people.
Please, stop being hateful towards so many good people in the world.
Stop lumping entire genders, jobs, races, sexualities, and gender identities into one hateful group because think about it: You get angry when you are lumped together hatefully so why do you do it to others?
For the love of god, say it a little louder for the people in the back.
Since I saw a very rude cop post, imma rereblog this.

Hufflepuff: I had fun hanging out with you today!
Ravenclaw: Me too!
Ravenclaw: *under their breath* But now I’m so drained and need to spend the next 72 hours by myself.
the abnormal amount of discourse surrounding that one gif of Elsa’s hair clipping thru her arm
OKAY I ACTUALLY HAVE INFO ON THIS
so David Suroviec, one of the technical directors of Frozen, is an alumni of RIT. during my time attending there, my class had a Skype session with him, where we got to hear him talk about his career and ask him questions. so my friend brought up the hair clipping through Elsa’s shoulder and asked if it was intentional.
the whole class freaked out. David immediately chuckled, then told my friend that it was a great question. he went on to explain that, yes, the hair clipping was entirely deliberate, to maintain a line of action and get a very quick movement clearly conveyed without any distractions. otherwise, her hair would flip and settle over her shoulder, and the extraneous movement would pull focus to her shoulder instead of the tip of her hand, where the viewer is intended to look. David actually had a voice on this shot, and was one of many people who contributed to the decision after lots and lots of deliberation.
so there you have it. from the source. let’s put this to bed once and for all. (also, fun fact! he’s married to Brittney Lee, fellow RIT alum and Disney concept artist who was basically behind Elsa’s entire design. hashtag relationship goals.)
