i keep thinking like, and correct me if it’s flawed i haven’t played through the game in a while.
what if mc did murder lucio. but what if that happened b/c you couldn’t control your magic. what if asra’s curse to you, besides memory lose, was a cap on your magic. like, asra implies that you’re the ‘true master’ and in-game your powers are known for being on-par with his, and yet you can’t even turn a handful of sand into water. maybe that discrepancy is because you can’t, because asra made sure you couldn’t.- mod handy
