bitch I really can’t fucking believe that lance is keiths stability and keith is lances motivation and that lance wasn’t emotionally prepared for the bonding moment probably bc he couldn’t believe the guy he looked up to that he created a rivalry with was being that soft with him and they’re literally both pining FOOLS who love each other and haven’t done anything about it

klance tropes that will always murder me with no hesitation:

  • lance being the big spoon and pressing his nose into keith’s hair, inhaling deeply
  • one of them dropping to their knees and kissing the other’s hands
  • hand kisses in general
  • lance peeling off keith’s gloves and tracing the callouses in his palm with his lips
  • keith undoing lance’s armour
  • lance: ‘mullet’ ‘grumpy pants’ ‘samurai’ keith: ‘yeah?’ lance pulling him close and whispering into his neck: ‘keith….’
  • sparring and one knocking the other to the floor, straddling them before realising just how close they are
  • keith kissing each of lance’s freckles slowly so it tickles and lance giggles
  • lance blowing raspberries on keith’s bare stomach so he shrieks
  • tracing each other’s scars with their fingertips
  • arguing and then pulling each other into a heated kiss before they realise what they’re doing
  • slow dancing to some grainy 50s bop while keith steps on lance’s toes and they both laugh into each other’s shoulders
  • keith teaching lance to sword fight
  • the soft longing faces keith makes at lance
  • wearing each other’s jackets

  • lance waking up groggily to see keith on the other side of the bed and reaching an arm out to pull him back into his chest

  • running to the other’s lion hangar after a near-death experience and pulling them into a frantic tear-filled kiss

  • keith putting his hair into a ponytail: ‘alright let’s train’ lance: ‘let’s kiss- kick some robot ass’ keith: ‘what’ lance: ‘we can crush- i have a crush- let’s crush those training bots’
  • lance tilting keith’s chin up and kissing him
  • keith pulling lance down by his hoodie strings to kiss him
  • fake married/dating
  • getting mistaken as a couple on a planet and getting flustered, realising their feelings
  • keith has been running from things his whole life. lance has always been following in his footsteps without knowing it. one day keith slows down, and they catch up

Iverson told Lance not to follow Keith in his footsteps, but now he has the Red Lion, his sword, he’s Shiro’s right hand man… do you think he ever compares himself to Keith, or…?

Jeremy: Interesting! I think that Lance, I think it’s one of those kind of frenemy type things where - they’re definitely a lot closer now in the show, they’ve all been living together for like, a long period of time now, working and fighting alongside each other, there’s less of the like bickery rival-ness. But I think early on at least, he definitely had the kind of jealousy of the person you want to be. And the only reason he basically got to be a fighter pilot class was because Keith dropped out otherwise he wouldn’t have been up to that mark, is just barely good enough to get in? So I think he always had a chip on his shoulder with all that, so I think early on, it was more that’s the specific guy I want to be, I know I can be that person. And throughout the show, his arc is moreso, him getting humbled definitely a lot.
