So here’s the info about my OnixZhuque AU that no one asked for LMAO.

Its not really just Oni x Zhuque but it kinda revolves there.

So Genji and Mercy are included in the Four Guardian Beasts. Mercy is Suzaku and represents summer and healing. While Genji is the Byakku who represents autumn and land warriors. During their time in heaven, they only see each other as friends although Genji pulls off some flirtatious convos with her which she usually disregard. Genji is also known as the most carefree of all the guardians. 

Until one event called “the Great Demon war”. Genji in his cockiness in the battle was slain by the demons, he was consumed by darkness and presumed to be dead already. While Mercy was stripped off of her powers (her staff) by the Demon Queen and was thrown to the human world. She was found and cared by the land god/ god of peace Zenyatta. 

Mercy only has human lifespan, and since the great demon war she was already reincarnated 5 times. Each reincarnation made her more forgetful of her identity as Suzaku only to be refreshed by visiting Zenyatta’s shrine. However her current visit to Zenyatta is totally different because he adopted and amnesiac Oni. Mercy, being desperate to get her powers back that is in the demon world she asked for this Oni’s help. 

So its like Pre Oni Genji is like young Genji and Oni Genji is like Blackwatch Genji lol
