Will Jim ever return to his human form?
My answer is YES.
Why?
Cue #1 - While Merlin said that it was permanent, we know that the old selfish wizard was sleeping for ceturies and so outdated with the recent trends. Take on how he got defeated by Morgana; he thought that by unleashing Morgana he will get his powers back. But look what happened? Merlin might be a wise old man but his glory days was all in the past.
Cue #2 - Claire loves Jim that she went with the trolls instead of staying behind (the destruction of her Shadow Staff wasn’t valid enough imo), and as a kick-ass girl, she will definitely going to do her best to wrangle that selfish wizard to find an antidote for her bf.
Cue #3 - Blinkey will do his best to save his ‘son’ from his doom. He was wiser than Merlin too.
Cue #4 - The upcoming series Wizards has a promising synopsis, and as we all know, Morgana is out there alive and trapped somewhere (possibly on the Shadow Realm). So there’s a highly chance that this new team of characters will revisit the Trollhunters gang.
