so most of you were around when my very old laptop (got it early 2011) started dying on me in my last semester of law school - I was in a bad rent situation and juggling uni + jobs and between my savings+ you guys donating to my kofi, I managed to get it fixed! (still can’t believe that, you guys are amazing i’m really touched every time i think about it…)

At the moment my phone (it’s about 4 years old?) is also dying (deep sigh) and my laptop isn’t dead but ti’s kinda on its last legs - e.g. it hasn’t supported any chrome updates for about 2 years now cus it’s SO OLD HAHAA, I cna’ teven connect my phone with it I hae to do everything via cloud services like google drive and there’s started to be some security issues.

ANYWAY - I am wondering what I can do to scrape a bit more monies together to get a new-new laptop before this one truly dies forever, and a phone eventually. Fingers crossed (it already died and wiped itself a few months ago but it seems to be working at the moment)

Would anyone be interested in limited merch? like a brief return of hte Baby Egg Keef necklaces… idek. or have a patreon-esque system where if you donate to my kofi you get aded to exclusive fic / drabble docs and get requests? idek :(( it’s hard for writers to monetise asldfjadlkja. I’m also coming back to the idea of self-publishing watercast as the original, but the story you guys are familiar with. Is that something of interest?

that won’t be anytime soon but the money situation just got me thinking. the margin on books are very thin (cus i want them to be affordable) but if i can get them prepared and shipped from within the USA it should be ok… idek.
