Can someone translate the Russian on the Instagram page and tell me what kind of cake this is? (It seems like ‘Nezabudka’ is the company).

So this is a bit difficult because (a) there’s a number of different cakes in the post, (b) most of the Instagram posts for some reason don’t say what the cake is, just tell you how excited and/or tired the baker is and how one can order the cakes. The posts I found that are informative are:

this one is “brownie - dark chocolate mousse - currant/blueberry mousse - white chocolate mousse - blueberry jelly”

this one has strawberry mousse and strawberry-banana jelly (it doesn’t name the other layers, but I think they’re the same as the other one)

Okay, good, yes, I thought it looked like mousse and I’m glad to hear that the FOOLS who thought it was cheesecake were wrong.
