reminder that keith never yelled at lance or insulted him when they were lost in space, even though lance snapped at him twice. reminder that lance was the first person keith called out for when he woke up in the cell. reminder that keith shouted lance’s name twice when he got hurt, while everyone else called out for him once. reminder that keith always trusts lance as a sniper to watch his back. reminder that keith listens to lance’s ideas, implements them, and has lance lead the team in his absence. reminder that keith chose lance above himself and his teammates to escape a life or death situation, and, as a serious and pragmatic leader, would not do that for stupid and petty reasons, no matter what excuse he gives. reminder that keith and lance’s friendship development from seasons past is still there, and has not disappeared.
