Like, I know Lukanette isn’t endgame, but I really want him to be Marinette’s first relationship. He makes her feel so special as herself. It’ll push Adrien to reconsider his feelings for Marinette as well.

But the reason they’d break up could be that he realizes she’s keeping a secret from him. She doesn’t tell him that she’s Ladybug.

Or, he does find out she’s Ladybug and sees she’s often in danger. He doesn’t want to see Marinette get hurt and asks her to give it up which, of course, Marinette won’t do.

So here’s a cute and slightly angsty concept:

Alya doesn’t write songs. She likes to listen to them, yeah, but she’s never written one herself.

Nino, however, has written PLENTY of songs, and he keeps them coming.

Alya starts to notice that in Nino’s songs and in his behavior, he’s been acting kind of…down. She’s curious about it until one day it finally hits her and she realizes that Nino’s self-doubts are getting worse and worse. Once she realizes this, it’s blatantly obvious and she curses herself for not noticing sooner. It only gets worse until she can’t stand seeing her boyfriend so distraught anymore.

So she writes him a song. A song about how amazing he is and then she sings it for him herself. It was surprisingly easy, but her passion about making him feel better definitely motivated her. The lyrics were nothing but uplifting, and once she finally sang it for him, he bawled his EYES OUT. Cue cute interactions and Nino finally starting to feel better about himself, much to Alya’s relief.

What if Ladybug starts meeting Luka quite frequently and Chat Noir catches these moments, and starts thinking that the boy Ladybug likes is Luka. So Adrien starts pushing Marinette onto Luka, in hopes that Lukanette will form and that Ladybug will give up on Luka.
