OOOOOH, thats easy!
oke first you have your sketch/lineart
then using the airbrush tool just kinda…leave a mark on the drawing however you want like this.
and if your using sai or whatever program the mode of the layer should be on ‘screen’ so you can have this effect!
play around with the opacity then BAM! you get this result.
