Okay, so things we know:

  1. Hiccstrid still isn’t married

  4. Wearing your hair down was pretty much exclusively an unmarried Viking woman thing to do

CONCLUSION: Astrid is tired of Hiccup dragging his feet on the marriage thing, so she’s wearing her kransen. She’s wearing her hair in the most maidenly way possible, so she’s basically running around like “Oh, look at my hair, all down and flowing and MAIDENLY. GOSH GEE WIZ LOOK HOW UNMARRIED I AM.
