Me looking at the part of the fandom that knows French and me understanding nothing
I honestly don’t think that there are a lot of cartoons that can take a very important historical moment like French revolution and one of the most famous art pieces of all time like “ La liberté guidant le peuple” by Delacroix and turn it into an amazing moment like Miraculous Ladybug did. This could have been a catastrophe, but Thomas Astruc is not a fool, and he did an amazing job.
This was majestic, expecially because of the context: the heroes that risked their lives everyday to save Paris were in danger, surrounded by all the enemies they fought, and the citizens of Paris decided to return them the favour.

Beautiful.
just wondering, didn’t Adrien hear everybody cheering for Marinette after she kissed him on the cheek? what was his reaction? WHY DID THEY HAVE TO CUT THAT OUT
