Do you have any extra headcanons or personality differences for the genderbent characters? Cause you inspired me to write fics about them and I was wondering if I could get your opinion on them. ^^

Well, they’re pretty much the same as their normal selves but there are a few differences.

  • Adrienne has more pressure put on her, having to behave ladylike at all times and always look presentable in public, way more so than Adrien because she is a female. She has a lot of insecurities about her hair specifically because it’s so hard to tame and if it’s not perfect, her mother will be displeased. That’s why when she is Chat Noir and that pressure isn’t there, her hair just turns into an uncontrollable mess.
  • Marin can be slightly more hotheaded than Marinette. He’s still rational in general but he does loose his cool faster at times. 
  • Adrienne isn’t as bold in her flirting as Adrien is when they’re Chat Noir. This stems from her mother teaching her that woman shouldn’t be the one to initiate things romantically. 
  • Marin gets a lot of crap for wearing pink despite being a guy. It doesn’t really bother him but he can be insecure about it in his less confident moments.
  • Adrienne feels more comfortable around guys than girls because of how nervous her mother makes her + the close relationship she had with her father. 
  • After her first growth spurt, Adrienne always remains taller than Marin no matter how many years pass (he doesn’t mind)

OK few more headcanons

  • Adrienne has a gap between her front teeth instead of the bunny teeth that Adrien has
  • Adrienne LOVES 40s films, they are her favorite and she often uses 1940s slang both as Adrienne and Chat even though most the time her classmates don’t understand what she is saying
  • Marin is more far more meticulous than Marinette and it takes him longer to make things when sewing, designing, and baking because he wants things to be perfect
