He doesn’t have the luxury to turn his back on Scarlet Lady, even if he wants to. Joining Hawkmoth would guarantee the destruction of Paris and in this AU Chat has to think outside of just himself and his feelings, more like canon Ladybug. It might kill him, but he’ll defeat Hawkmoth, even if it is his father.
