I think so too. There’s not a lot of adult men that look like HM in ML so far. The only other person it could be is Alix and Jalil’s dad, Mr. Kubdel, since he has similar eyes and facial structure. Adrien’s dad looks similar to the concept art of Hawk Moth though. In the English dub Gabriel and HM share the same voice actor. I’m waiting for the Timebreaker episode to hear how Mr. Kubdel sounds.
Some people think it might be a different character like an unknown relative or something but I think we would have seen them by now. Half way through season one and I’m sure we’ve seen HM’s civilian self already.
